I watched the video your explosion off chest is impressive. Looked solid to me. But then again what do I know about benching

Rough couple of days with business travel. However on 2hours sleep I got back to California from North Carolina and decided skipping my deadlift day was not very responsible.
Deads 245x3 against Black Strong Bands 335x3 against Black Strong Bands 425x3x6sets against Black Strong Bands 515x2 against Black Strong Bands 605x1 against Black Strong Bands
dats it tired. reps are helping my grip

Hoss, could you share with us "what keeps you going"?
Eg, alot of people would just crawl up in a ball and go to sleep after such a busy day... But you powered right through it!
What keeps you focused? How do you silence the voices which tell you to stop?

andrew is fear of losing! sad isn't it?
Squats Sunday
squats 265lbsx2 265lbsx2 plus 120lbs chains 485x2 plus 120lbs chains 575x1 plus 120lbs chains 665x2 plus 120lbs chains 775x1 plus 120lbs chains 850x2 plus 120lbs chains
abs x 4 sets some hamstring band stuff
rough day not feeling strong. The set with 775 was shitty. Was going to stop, but decided to nut up. The 850 first rep shitty the 2nd rep solid. 970 at the top need to get above a grand soon and get some solid reps.

Hoss, I know its only "practice" butt you gotta lock out those deadlifts. Look at it this way, it will help youre grip more.

Nice work Hoss! But you said staying below a 2 brd your fisrt set was a 3brd and the rest of your sets were 2 brds I'm confused. below a 2 brd would be a 1 1/2 brd or lower....... LOL!

I will take the bar down to the lowest board possible given the shirt tension. For example I didn't use a belt to keep tension in the shirt until I 730. So warm ups I'll use higher boards that I can touch, then more work like sets I'll go lower.

Good work at powering through it despite being tired Scott.
Scott, what are you eating on an average day these days?
I know you have said in the past, eating right is one of the hardest things for you etc.
We want to see what is keeping you so shredded and sexy.

Andrew I have a shitty diet. I eat all day and drink as much milk as I can leading up to a meet. Milk seems to get me the bloating I need.
SQUATS rev minibands singleply no briefs 265x1 485x1 685x1 775x1 885x1 removed box 955x1 1050x2
some easy abs and couple speed pulls and I was done.
