Bench - pretty much same as last week. tried a few over load sets at the end with diferent shirts to see whats going to fit and whats not.

Body weight was 288 this morning. down 3 lbs from last Saturday. Which is a good thing. My strength is still climbing 5 lb post injury pr on raw and sling shot work. Still about 50 lbs weaker then I was pre injury but things are climbing so I am happy with that. Didn't use any brds with shirt work and tried to force the weight down as far as possible each set. First time handling over 1000 since injury and the weight moved well. Progress is the making!
