finally finished my home made monolift i designed that attaches to power rack. It works great!! i will post some pics soon.

reverse hyper 240lbs 3x10 GHR with 25lb plate to chest 3x10

Back to posting since i was in hospital, throwing up blood etc...still trained a few times but nothing to brag about. Back at it!!!!
DE squat. Warm up dragging sled a few trips
used Heavy/strong bands tonight with extra tension at attachment. about 200 total lbs
worked up tp 365 365x2x10 sets to parallel box
speed DL 405 plus monster and reg minis on band platform 6x1
GHR 3x10
Rev Hyper 2x10 x310lbs
Booked the Westside Seminar with louie 3/17 So this is the beginning of a cycle working up to seminar. Suppose to be alot of hands on squat and Dl and i want to be super strong. My plan is to add more bands and wt for DE days and PR ever ME session. i want to get 300lbs band plus 455 or so wt on DE days by the time i go. I think i can this felt very light today.
i will use alot of chain on max days.
