Tues raw training
Floor press: 135x5, 225x5, 275x1@8, 300x1@9.5 (that was the RPE I wanted to hit, so I stopped.)
Cleans/Snatches: several sets (see below)
Bent rows: 135x10x3
Band Tricep pushdowns: 3xf (used green band)
Wed shoulder prehab
Hanging KB press: 3/4x10 (used reg. bar and 16kg bells)
Band pullaparts: 3xf
*The cleans and snatches were to practice the movement and see how it felt on my knee. I am taking the USA weighlifting coaches certification course next weekend and need to start working on those lifts. Snatches were pretty good, cleans were not.

Sunday Training: Got my new titan extreme cut in from Ken Anderson end of last week, so worked Sunday on breaking it in. Went to 500 then 550 with good success. Love the new shirt.
Thursday Training: Raw bench: 4x4 with 250
CG pause bench: 4x4 w/190 @9
DB incline: 5x10 w/50's
Assisted pullups: 3x8
Clean pulls: 3x3 w/135

1 arm rows: 80lbs. 5x12

Thursday Raw bench workout
Raw bench: 275 4x4
CG Pause bench: 205 4x3, 225x3
That was it. Had to cut it short unfortunately. Family stuff and work got in the way. Trained at a different time than usual and that threw the whole thing off. Deload next week.

Been bout two weeks since I have posted. Deload week came and went. Was good. Got back into shirt today. Only about 3 more shirt sessions till the meet. Getting it dialed in pretty good I think. Here is today's damage.
Warm up Shirt sets: 5x2 w/510. Videos are 2nd set and 5th set. used 2 board on sets 1 and 2, and a 1 board on 3 thru 5.
Rev. green band shirt work 525x3, 550x3, 570x3
barbell row 3x12 w/135
face pulls green band 3x12

Heavy shirt work
Shirt work: 540x2x3
Bent rows: 155x10x3
face pulls (green band): 3x12
*that was it. Meet is about 4 weeks away. July 28. Off to the beach for a week with the family, then back in the shirt next Sunday for 570 for 2x1. Then 2 weeks of work, then the meet.
