Thanksgiving day weekend produced one of the better squat sessions in recent memory. On sunday kathy and I had the privelage of squatting with P-Town Barbell in Princeton MN. Sunday was the first day in my transition to geared lifting again. Two to three more weeks will be spent strictly squatting in breifs with chains for sets or three. My goals for this next month is to work up to my heaviest triple as possible in breifs with chains. I would like to thank all my friends at P-Town Barbell for the hospitality.

thanks for coming down, you and Kathy are welcome anytime. I think alot of lifters can learn something from the way you train year round, its heavy all the time no matter when your next meet is, thats how i like to train. look forward to following your log here.
