Deadlifts tonite were done in breifs with blue band resistance. I actually started out with green and blue band but when I deadlifted my first set the 150lb dumbells lifted off the ground and sling shotted at my feet. Needless to say I stayed with just the blue bands haha. Bands kicked my ass, the blue owned me.
Deadlift with blue bands sets of three
-warm ups without bands 135x3 225x3 315x3
-Blue bands added 135x3 225x3 315x3 405x3 Breifs added(Metal Pro Sumo) 455x3 475x3
The bands really worked me over so I did alot of assistance work to end the night
Glute Ham Raises
4 Sets of 15
Machine leg curls
5 sets of twenty

yo, how far are the bands stretched apart? mine are a little over 4', also are the blue bands the big blue bands?

from the front of the platfrom the the back, not sure how far that is. and they are fat blue bands

Marshall when are you going to write up your deadlift program? YOu seem to have had lots of success with what ever your doing.
