Tonights training.
Squats were at 80kg.
Bench was at 75kg.
Row was at 55kg.
Now I just need to stop mucking around.

Quick progress update: Squats: 110kg 3x5 + 30kg Bench: 87.5kg 3x5 + 12.5kg PR Row: 70kg + 15kg PR And not recorded: But deadlift is at 145kg x5 reps Training is going really well!

your training looks solid. only suggestion i would make would be, try not to go down so far in the squat (will save you some energy), bench technique is awesome and your rows well try pull your upper body up just a little. your back was nice and straight. great job. i look forward to seeing future training videos from you. by the way at the rate your going you will be breaking records in no time. dont rush it just take your time. later

what up Andreww nice dept on the squat, just had a question for you, whats your current maxes raw and geared? and what training program are you trying sheiko? Later and sace training.

Hey Omar,
Thank you for your reply.
I havnt max tested in like 6 months... And I only really max'd out on my squat. It was 120kg for an ugly single.
I am still a beginner, so I am just doing a beginner program for now.
Its Rippetoe's Starting Strength program, with Barbell Rows instead of cleans.
I have really been selling myself short though... Since actually dedicating myself to lifting, I have made better progress in 3 weeks than I have made in 4 months.
