Squats tonite was pretty rough, definetly not my ideal last squat night before a meet. At 940 i got an epic cramp in my right quad and had to bail on it half way up. I took my briefs off and hit 855 no prob and then missed 902. Squats are a huge crap shoot right now, I am not sure what I am gonna do next weekend, but I do know I wont wear those evil briefs at the meet. Luckily my dead and bench are doing very well. I figure I will open with something easy 870ish to get in the meet, then go for a squat pr anything about 953. Again CRAP SHOOT! I am pretty dissapointed in how my squats for this meet turned out. Only about 5 weeks on the mono(my own stubborness) Trying to figure out briefs in 3 weeks, these have left me very unprepared for squats. I will pull a pr out of my ass just not the 1k everyone was expecting from me.

Final training weekend is in the books. Should hit a 2400 next weekend. With the exception of a few hiccups training went well. Now alls thats left is to leave it all on the platform
