I guess I'll go first: my name is Andrew, I am 23 years old, and I live in Sydney, Australia. I lifted throughout highschool and really enjoyed it. Long story short, I stopped lifting, and am now climbing back up the hill I have not yet competed, but hope to compete in February next year. I am willing to bet I am probably the weakest person here, but I guess we all start somewhere! Current lifts: Squat 105kg 5x5 Bench: 90kg 5x5 Deadlift: 130kg 5x5 I look forward to reading and learning from you guys

My best bench isn't enough weight and my best squat and pull are embarrassing.

Hello everyone my name is Ryan Rigdon. I have been lifting for 23 years now. 1o of which have been powerlifting. I have state records in Oregon, Indiana, Ohio, and soon California (?-wont know anything till May or June if i am moving there).
Over the past 10 years I have had the opportunity to train with Ryan "Bench Mondster" Kenelly, Brent Mikesell, and Brandon "C4" Cass.
Current gear that i use
Squat Inzer Leviathan Metal Ace Briefs Knee Wraps by APT (my sponsor)
Bench Inzer SDP (3 ply)
Dead Metal King Pro Dead-lifter
Shoes Chucks (the best shoe to lift in)
As far as music is concerned, I mainly like to listen to Rammstein, Static-X, Slipknot, and any thing else that has a good hard beat to it.
My current pr's are as follow:
Squat 805 Bench 670 Dead 605 Total 2065
My goal for 2011 Squat 905 Bench 725 Dead 700 Total 2300
I know my goals are very attainable and there is nothing that can get in my way of accomplishing this. Ok except for my baby girls.

<Stands> My name is Frank and I am a bodybuilder... I know!.. <Crying>.. It's true!... <More Crying>.. I can't help myself!!! Yes, its OK... roll your eyes... Anyway, I train sporadically at Hoss's gym... and every time I walk away promising myself I will go more often (Seriously, great atmosphere, great people, heavy weight)... though for some reason this doesn't seem to work out. Scott has helped me with technique on my squat and on my deadlift. I am very grateful to have been able to benefit from his wisdom on these matters as it has helped my training (outside Hoss's gym) progress even farther. I have never competed as a powerlifter (and as of this point in time have no real desire to... yet) but have been doing the 3 lifts consistently since I was about 15... So coming up on 14 years training this march. Done 3 shows.. (2007 NPC San Fran, 2009 NPC Sacramento, and the 2010 Junior Nationals) I don't usually max out so my best lifts are (Mind you none of these were in meets so you can be skeptical/judge/laugh/etc... I could really care less, as they were personal achievements only): Squat: 550lbs x 12 reps (to the floor)... Dunno how I pulled this off but I did and I've been trying to get back there since... Deadlift: 550 X 1 Bench: No fucking Idea... though if I had to guess it would be somewhere close to 405 x 1 Anyway, thats it, later! Attachments:
