Well tonite was interesting. Ever since we moved our monolift into our local gym we have gotten a very sour welcome. For some reason, oblivious to me, it is extremely offensive to the members of the gym. People hang shit from it, moved it from one side of the room to the other, super glued our lock shut on it. I put up inspirational quotes on the wall and they tear them up and throw them on the ground. Tonite I put Strong(er) up and someone drew a syringe in an arm and wrote chemically enhanced. Its annoying that people assume you cant achieve great strength without steroids. And on top of that, steroids will make you amazing. Suddenly a bottle of test will make you a thousand pound squatter. People to weak to follow their own dreams will always tear down yours. So becuase I am strong enough physically and mentaly to chase my dreams that offensive to you? And of course who ever it is is to big of a coward to do it to my face. It doesnt effect my training, actually it drives me harder, it doesnt make me sad or angry, I just dont get it. For every sign they tear down I put two more up. Maybe someone out there can explain to me cuz i sure as hell dont get it.
