In regards to the other exercises - what is the weight that should be used. Is it someting that you can get for those rep ranges. When using the calculator it only populated the deadlift for weight and not the other lifts.

I am assuming that you mean for assistance. If so, I use the most weight that I can with good form whilst maintaining the rep/set/rest requirements.
