Whats going on- Chris DellaFave here.
New to any forums but figured this is a great place to start keeping my training log so eff it right???
Just competed at the XPC Semi-finals in columbus.
Went 936-688-815-2441 for the win in my class and overall by coefficient.
All training from here on out is for the Arnold in March of 2013.
Should be a good time.. not gunna be all training going on in here so follow along.
