Tri's 4 sets
Bench against MiniBands 185x5 225x5 245x5 275x5
Needed a break from the shirt. Felt fairly strong today. Will get back in the shirt next week.

It was Thanksgiving and I had limited time to Deadlift today. I decided to pull heavy and do other stuff Friday when I have more time. Friday did some bent over rows and some extra wide stance straight leg deads against bluebands.
Just made up for not doing enough on Thursday.

Walkouts were much better and speed was solid.

bench training, not my best day but not the worst.
Bench warmedup raw too 405 added shirt 455x2 3bd 545x2 3bd 645x2 3bd 745x1 2bd 785xmiss 2bd (wrist killn me for some reason) shirt off
Buff Press against green and blue bands 155x5 230x5 230x5 230x5 230x5
Floor press 135x20 225x20 225x20
Wrist and thumb are killing me, I think its from squatting. I'd hate to wear wrist wraps when i squat but I likely will. Made too big of jumps in my shirt. Not a great day, but u need bad days to learn from.

Don't forget to start going lower then 2 brd. And not to be a smart ass or anything but your 325ish a buff press? Seriously what is a buff press?

Was pissed off from how Thursday went so decided it to be a good idea to just train it again Friday.
Deadlifts 135x3 225x3 315x3 455x1 535x1 600x2 415x3x6sets F'ing sore
Bend over rows, Lat pulls and hypers supersets of 8reps and did 4 sets
Done. This session took less then an hour. I am hardly walking properly but did before anyway.

Squat day(s)
Went to Diablo Barbell Meet sunday. Planned on squatting before the meet. but got there late. So decided to squat afterwards. I started warming up and my quad (in the spot it tore) was sore. I decided after a few warm up sets to stop. Well Monday I decided WTF am I thinking, there is no time in PL'ing to think! So decided to squat. Right before I started I was told I needed to take one the kids to an event. So I had 45minutes to warm up and squat. hmmmmmm guess i needed to go a little heavier then expected with fewer sets.
Squats 265x3 265x2 with 120lbs chains 485x2 w 120 chains 575x1 w 120 chains 665x1 w 120 chains 715x2 w 120 chains 755x2 w 120 chains 820x1 w 120 chains
Had to run! FFFFF! But knee and quad seems ok.

Bench Night need to keep benching from 1 bd or lower in teh shirt
Bench raw warm up then shirt 495x2 off 3bd 545x2 off 3bd 585x2 off 2bd 655x2 off 2bd 705x1 off 1bd 725x1 off 1bd
Reverse Grn Band Bench 315x5 365x5 425x5x3sets
Bench off 3bds against Blue, Monster mini and Mini band 185x1 275x1 365x1 415x1
Shirted bench I thought was very clean ended up being not as clean as I thought. BUT will get this cleaned up. Need to bench 755-760 off 1bd before meet.
