Standing Cable Pulls - 175x12x2 195x12x2
Front Lat Pull downs - Glose Grip 195x12 215x12 235x12 Wide Grip 235x12x3
T-Bar Rows - 3Wx12 4Wx12 5WX12X2 4wX12 3wX12
Only had about 1 hr to train in between Hunter's wrestling practice. Took 1 min breaks inbetween sets. Pretty much another cardio workout. Will start back into heavy training next week.

Trained this morning after clearing my drive of all the snow that showed up over night. Was a little cold and feeling lazy so I took it easy in the gym. Monday I will start my training cycle fro the Lexon Pro/Am Arnold weekend. Going to be in Columbus anyway so mine as well try and try to bench for money.

Hunter had wrestling practice tonight so I only had about one hour to train after dropping him off before I had to pick him up. Dark Rage with Annadrox pump and fast pace kicked my ass I got a crazy fukkin leg pump. My legs hurt. LOL! I have been real inconsistant with training lately and haven't trained legs in a while so I am laying the law down from here out no more fucking around with my training. Hoss is my inspiration. He is always on the go with his kids and work and always seems to make it out to the gym to train.

Ok lets start off by saying I am sore as fukk from yesterday. that will teach me to slack. Today's workout was the most volume I have done on Lockout day in a while and I will be feeling it tommorow. Myd body weight is 280 and my strength is down a little but should bounce back fast.
Today was my first complete day of following Kiefer's Dangerouslyhardcore.come meal plann. Not hungry at all.
