Shoulder was still achey so I didn't want to push the speed work to hard. Wasn't able to cheat doing heavy boards either so very pleased with 4 brd PR. I will post Video on Thursday no time tonight have to get some sleep heading out to Ohmaha at 4 AM to attend Rick Hussey's funeral.

Drove to Omaha and got a workout in at Big Iron Gym. Awesome facility.

Worked till midnight last night and then had to get up early today and was on the go all day. didn't train till late in afternoon. Tired going into workout so did better then I thought I would.

Had to train alone tonight. My shoulders are shot and handing more then 315 out to myslef kills. I went for 455 on 4 brds but couldn't get it out of the rack without getting hurt. Decent deload workout.

This was supose to be a deload workout. I was pretty much 100 lbs lighter then last week so we will still call it a deload. Didn't get it all on video for some reason or another?

Felt pretty good today. Backed away from doing a 5 brd set right shoulder is still a little jacked so I didnt want to push my luck. going to get some ART work done tommorow.

Short and sweet. I threw out my lower back thursday and couldn't get out of bed on my own today. Did a lot of foam rolling before getting started wasn't able to use any leg drive. good thing is my ART Dr. is making a house visit today and should have me feeling a lot less pain.

Lower back is still pretty jacked up. Been seeing Chiro and ART Dr and its helping just a slow healing process. Pretty happy with a 10 lb 4 brd PR today considering how my back is feeling.

Lower back is starting to get back to normal didn't want to push it today cause I need to be healthy for Sat bench session. Len Meet/Arnold is just around the corner.
