All in all a good workout. Was pleased with the 575 raw. First 970 I misgrooved and was in the grinding process when one of my training partners got scared and took the bar. I was pissed and repeated it and nailed it. 1005 was right at lockout and would have passed for Mendy but I was gassed. Body weight was 278 wich is a little light for the shirt I used today.

Skipped legs yeasterday, I know Hoss wouldn't aprove but I had a lot of things to get ready for the snow storm. I did hall a bunch of firewood so that was my workout yesterday.
Close Grip Bench - barx12x2 95x12 135x10 225x5 315x5 410x5 510x3 565x3 630x2 could have gotten a 3rd rep for a PR if the brd didn't move)
Pushdowns - 150x20x5
Shoulder started acting up again so I decided to pass on 5 brds and speed work today. Just got my new Rumble Roller from Elite FTS today so I am going to do about 30 mins of roller rehab tonight while watching TV and waiting for the snow to stop.

great stuff, Rob on some of my boards I have eyehooks on the sides so i can attach a bunji cord around my back to hold the board. May work better then having the board under ur shirt?

Thanks for the tip I may have to try that. Can't always depend on training partners to show up. Pete is there religiously but the other guys are "busy" at times.

Everything felt decent until I got to 930 set. Something in my upper bck or shoulder is out of alighnment and I wasn't able to bring the bar down normal. goin to get some chiro and art work this week to close to meet to be missing light attempts.

Kept things light and simple today. Chiro worked on me for a while today and my hips and back feel good just don't want to push it with anything crazy today.

I have been really frustrated since saturdays workout and really neeeded to push myself tonight. I found my drive and hit a few PR's. Probably be hurting in morning but I will ice and do some rumble roller work tonight as well.

Decided this was going to be my last heavy shirt workout for the Lexen Pro/Am wich is 2 weeks away. Backed down the raw today and dialed in my shirt. Pretty much ready to go. Going to hit one last heavy raw day on tuesday then I will just do light workouts and get my body weight dialed in from there on out. I feel good about this training cycle and have a lot to prove to myself at this meet.
